I’ve used them for years and it’s always been quick and easy to get our insurance when...ng to Baja. I’m reviewing now because I just had one of the best customer service experiences ever. We had gone to Baja last week for the day and on the drive I got 24 hour liability coverage for our car. A couple days after getting home Angela from Baja Bound emailed to see how the trip went and I emailed back great but I had forgotten that we have a yearly policy as drivers in Mexico until Jan 2025 when I purchased the insurance for the day-duh! Angela checked with the insurance underwriters, explained the situation and they refunded what we paid for the day. It wasn’t even on my radar to try to get a refund, I told her because I had thought it was funny that I’m such a knucklehead. It’s really, really refreshing to deal with someone who is so conscientious and diligent about their job. It’s so rare people actually do their job effectively much less going above and beyond like this. Thank you Angela and Baja Bound for your service!

Baja Bound was recommended to us by a fellow SCORE racer for the Baja 400 in Ensenada. We insured... 12 vehicles with multiple drivers and BB was able to handle it effortlessly. Shout out to Michelle for her patience and follow up. We will use Baja Bound again when we return to race.
