I purchased an insurance policy for Mexico (indirectly) through Baja Bound and it was relatively...ood value for money. I had the unfortunate experience of putting a claim through as a pick up truck rear ended me and ran whilst I was in the desert on my motorbike in Baja. The claim process with the Mexican side of the insurance (as it is not Baja that provides the insurance directly) was PAINSTAKINGLY long. However throughout the process Yara from Baja B was absolutely incredible. Consistent with communication and persevering in her attempts to get everyone else to do their jobs properly. I honestly would have lost the will to get my money back without her. It took about seven months to get the Mexican side of the insurance to pay out so you better not be in a rush. All in all, decent insurance company, without whom I'd have kissed goodbye to several thousands as despite speaking Spanish enough to converse comfortably.
