SkyMed Takes You Home!
If you are planning to travel more than 100 miles from your home and have a critical medical emergency, SkyMed will take you to the hospital of your choice to be cared for by your medical care providers. Many providers of similar services only provide transportation to the nearest hospital, which means you may not receive the care you desire. With SkyMed, you will have a comprehensive package of coverage as recommended by U.S. and Canadian Consulates.
How does SkyMed's service differ from the air evacuation coverage on my Mexican insurance policy?
SkyMed's services are more comprehensive and take you home. They offer additional options not available with ACE or HDI's service.
